Patriots take 17-6 lead on rookie-to-rookie TD
The Patriots take a 17-6 lead over the Browns in Cleveland as Bailey Zappe hits fellow rookie Tyquan Thornton for a 2-yard score, his first NFL touchdown.
The big play on New England's 75-yard drive was a 53-yard completion from Zappe to tight end Jonnu Smith, Smith's biggest play as a Patriot.
Steelers DT Larry Ogunjobi helped off field
The Steelers are already banged up on the back end and now could be hurting up front. Larry Ogunjobi has been disruptive, posting five tackles (one for loss) and a QB hit today, giving him six QB hits this season.
Not much first-half success for Bucs offense this season
Bucs have had 29 possessions in the first half of first six games this year. Just three touchdowns. Basically a 1-in-10 chance of reaching end zone in first half.

Bucs remain in-game betting favorite despite deficit
The Steelers just can’t convince online sportsbooks that they are for real, as BetMGM still has Tampa Bay as a 3.5-point favorite despite being down 13-9 with 11:30 left in the third quarter of that matchup.
Andrew Thomas has ankle taped at halftime
Giants left tackle Andrew Thomas' left ankle was taped coming out of the locker room. That's the same ankle he's had surgery on in each of the past two offseasons. Others noted that Thomas was limping late in the first half.
Thomas entered the week as Pro Football Focus' highest-graded offensive lineman this season.

Bucs defense keeping Tampa in it
The Bucs defense continues to bail the rest of the team out -- Pittsburgh's Steven Sims took the second-half kickoff 89 yards, with Jamel Dean making a touchdown-saving tackle at the 12-yard line.
The defense got a red-zone stop to hold the Steelers to a field goal, but they extend their lead to 13-9 early in the third quarter.

Get ahead, stay ahead
The Steelers started the first half exactly how they wanted to, and they do it again in the second half. Steven Sims Jr. got caught from behind, but he still took the kickoff 89 yards, setting up the offense at the Bucs' 12-yard line.
Unfortunately for Pittsburgh, Kenny Pickett and the offense can't take advantage of the golden opportunity, as he sails high for George Pickens on third-and-4 from the 7-yard line. Even so, the Steelers lead 13-9 despite gaining only 109 yards on 34 plays (3.2 yards per play) today.

Daniel Brunskill is in at RT to start the second half for the 49ers. Mike McGlinchey (calf) is one of several 49ers who were injured in the first half.

The Seahawks' run defense has been a big problem, and now they're without their best run-stopper in defensive tack;e Al Woods.

Matt Ryan posting good numbers, but Colts still trail at half
Zak Keefer asked the question leading up to the Colts' game against the Jaguars: Does Matt Ryan have enough left to save the Colts' season?
If you look at today's stats, Ryan has had a nice day: 26-of-37 for 232 yards, a touchdown pass and no interceptions. Yet the Colts are losing 14-13 at home at the half with some stalled-out drives.

Giants trail Ravens at halftime but have rallied before
The Giants reach halftime trailing the Ravens 10-7, which is maybe right where they want them. The Giants have been outscored 69-35 in first halves this season yet are 4-1 on the year.
They rallied back from 13-0 against Tennessee in the opener and 20-10 last week against Green Bay in London.
Packers get late field goal, tie Jets 3-3 at half
Packers head into halftime tied 3-3 with the Jets after Mason Crosby's 29-yard field-goal attempt to end the second quarter is good.
Jets get the ball to open the second half.
Vikings turn INT into field goal, lead at halftime
Following a Harrison Smith interception of Teddy Bridgewater, the Vikings drive 26 yards but stall in the red zone, allowing Greg Joseph to hit a 34-yard field goal as time expires in the first half.
Minnesota leads 10-3 at halftime.
