Summer in Florida is a hot and steamy affair, and sometimes you just need a place to to escape the heat. Fortunately, you can cool off with a bit of Disney magic at H2O Glow Nights at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon. This special summer event is a spectacular dedicated to Pixar’s Toy Story 4. Here’s what you need to know to be a part of the party:
1. What Is It?
H2O Glow Nights is a special ticketed event at Typhoon Lagoon, one of Walt Disney World’s two water parks. This “glow party” includes a DJ hosted dance party at the surf pool, Toy Story themed experiences including meetings with Sheriff Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie the Yodeling Cowgirl. The party also includes special food offerings and an adult only themed area known as The Wharf.
2. When Is It?
The event runs for 25 nights between May 30 and August 24. The party is every Thursday and Saturday and runs between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. Dates include May 30, June 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 22, 27, and 29, July 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, and 27, August 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22 and 24.
3. Cost
Like Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, H2O Glow Nights is a special ticketed event. Cost is $59 per ticket. Children ages 3 to 9 are $54. Tickets purchased on the day of the event are $69 per person for adults and $64 for children. All tickets are also subject to tax. As with other special events, the number of tickets is limited.
4. Food
Special food offerings will be available, though details regarding specific offerings have not been announced yet. However, Disney does state that the following locations will have special Toy Story themed food and beverages: Leaning Palms, Typhoon Tilly’s, Happy Landings Ice Cream, and Let’s Go Slurping.
